Have your money been withdrawn fraudulently even if you haven't shared OTP, Pin etc.

Or you have shared password, PIN, OTP , etc. ?

Here are the steps you need to follow in case of fraud transaction.

Notify your bank immediately.

You will have to bear the loss till you report it to your bank. 

Any loss occurred after the reporting of the unauthorised transaction will be borne by the bank.

In cases where there is negligence/ deficiency on the part of the bank, YOUR LIABILITY is zero.

And in case of zero liability of the customer

The bank shall credit the amount involved in the fraud electronic transaction to the customer’s account within 10 working days from the date when the customer has informed about the fraud transaction.
